Ok but how will i know what the correct off set is???

Keep in mind that offsets can be played with quite a bit, through the use of spacers, etc. For example, I installed 20" wheels that I had on my previous BMW 7 series. The offset was far more aggressive than my Lexus would normally permit, but I adapted them with the help of rolling the fender wells. Anything is possible with enough determination, money, ingenuity and aftermarket parts.

Can someone help please. I have a 2013 ls 460 f sport with 19inch rims and looking to put on 20's from a 2018 ls500. Will they bolt on ?

The bolt pattern is 120mm also, so they should bolt up without issue. However, I believe the offset is +25mm, so the wheel is going to be positioned outward more and may rub (when suspension is compressed) on the underside fender lip, depending on your suspension set up.
