Has anyone had success in pairing the iphone to the 2008 LS 460? Has anyone had success transferring contacts and if so, what was the originating phone?

 

I have the IPhone and love it, I have a 2008 LS460 and paired the phone to it, I could not transfer the contacts though. I was told be the dealer that the IPhone will not synhc with the car. I use the AUX in the armrest to listen to the ipod, works great. hope this helps.

 

Lexus Bluetooth does not support transferring contacts from the Apple iPhone, Many Blackberries have this problem as well. There is nothing you can do unfortunately. =(

 

The iPhone also does not transfer contacts to my IS.

 

There may be other blackberry's that won't transfer the phone book to the LS460. But, my blackberry pearl had no problem transferring my entire phone book over to the car.

 

I could never figure out how to transfer the entire phonebook on my ATT Razr V3xx or Razr2 V9. I just gave up and transferred a few important contacts one by one.
