Default Call Waiting

What about call waiting? I can't seem to find, if it exists at all, a way to answer a 2nd call (call waiting) from the screen. I have to manually go back to the phone (similar to my issue about transferring a call back to the phone from the screen). Is there a way to answer call waiting?

And how do you transfer a call back to the phone when you are leaving the car. I've had to walk away, wait until the car lost the signal, and then have my phone ask me do I want to take back the call. Is there a better way?

there should be button on the phone to force the transfer back to the phone. but every phone is different so you have to check

or, override the system? (ok, too excited)
