Do you think they would charge you for it? I know with DVD updates, you had to purchase DVD MAP and you had to pay $3XX for it. Wonderring if there is a charge with this as well. Probably yes.

i am pretty sure they will charge you for that. it's like the normal nav dvd upgrade in the past, just done differently

Spoke to the service foreman at my dealer today. He said that he is aware that the '08 doesn't have the I Agree requirement anymore but he is still waiting if there is an update coming out for the '07 models.
