Default High Pitched Whine On The Freeway

Hello fellow Lexians...I just got finished with a short 300 mile round trip on the freeway in my SWB LS460, and noticed on the last 50 miles or so, with different types of pavement, a high pitched whining sound after turning the car to enter another lane, either to the left or to the right at speeds between 70 to 75mph, after the car straightens out...a high pitched whining noise from the front end starts, then ends about 15 seconds later.

I immediately took it into the shop, and I'm in an ES350 loaner. I told the service writer that I only wanted one of two calls, one, my car has been fixed and ready to pick up, or two, come down to the shop because we need you to ride with a mechanic to help us replicate the noise.

I'm hoping they can fix it, it's really alarming and quite annoying considering how vault-like quiet the car is normally.

Anyone else experience or experiencing anything similar?

Thanks for the replies.

Hi LexusLean, hope the issue gets fixed. I know one other LS 460 owner talked about noise on the freeway and I think it was related to the tires. Or maybe it's the wind noise issue, but then again that does not end after 15 seconds.
