I didn't see the Igram pic, but the pic here looks like Toms. If the front lip was kind of pointed in the middle, then its Toms. CL member krypto89 has the Toms, he just posted pics in another thread
Sessions makes a similar looking kit, but its front lip is not pointed in middle

Are the Aimgain overfenders only for a 2013+ or are there some for 07+?

It's only "made" for the 13+ but the rear one should fit the 07 without much issues. The front looks like it can be modified to work with an 07
