I crossed checked things with a couple of other dealers and it wasn't too far out of line actually. None of them really were interested in a used LS460. They all had too many new ones that are now selling for reasonably close to invoice. So it is now a buyers market - at least here in Nor Cal.

You're selling an LS460 to get an IS350?

Although your sig says the LS is sold and you have an IS350?

How does selling a leased car work?

Yep. It's a done deal. Selling a leased car works exactly the same as selling any car that is financed. You call and get a pay-off from the lender and when you trade the car in they pay off the lease. You come up with the difference from what you owe vs. what they give you for a trade in value.

Thanks. I'd be really interested to hear what your driving [sic] factors were for the switch. Certainly both great cars.

Now that the switch is complete....

The IS350 seems faster and certainly handles better. The LS460 is a big car and it feels like one driving it. There is nothing wrong with that when you want to cruise in comfort and style though.
