That's pretty good pricing That's virtually no increase over the LS430 in base price for the LS460.

Yeah, the price looks to be about the same as the LS430.

I am a little suprised.

No wonder Toyota makes such high profits.

They are going to make a killing off of these models.

Damn. I was seriously expecting a price hike. Good job Lexus!

Then again, I hope it's not a case of low base price, expensive option packages. (i.e. they're not really packaged pricing but more like bundled full-price options).

Here are the packages:
LS 460

Premium Package: navigation system and Mark Levinson audio system with 19 speakers.

Technology Package: adds 4-zone climate control, pre-collision system, rear seat side airbags, rear heated and air conditioned power seats with power recline, slide and memory system, power assist doors, power trunk, clearance and back-up sensor, dynamic radar cruise control and advance parking guidance system.

LS 460L

Ultra Premium package: Mark Levinson, 19-speaker audio system rear seat audio control, premium leather, rear cool box, rear side window sun shades and 'escaine' roof head lining.

Premium Grand Touring package: adds sport tuned front and rear air suspension, 19-inch wheels and tires, larger front and rear disc brakes and electric variable ratio power steering.

Technology package: adds dynamic radar cruise control, back-up sensor, pre-collision system, advanced parking guidance system and a wallet-sized smart key.

Executive package: electric variable ratio power steering; front and rear adaptive variable air suspension; rear seat DVD entertainment system with fold-away nine-inch LCD monitor, audio and DVD remote control and two sets of headphones; fold-out table and arm rest with built-in 12-volt power supply; a rear right seat retractable ottoman with integral seat cushion air bag; rear seat massage function; and wallet-sized smart card.

The LS430 UL is currently at $107,000.

The LS460L with technology package is $110,500, & you get longer wheelbase & rear seat room, with all the newly designed gadgets.
I think the only thing missing is that one rear seat with massage of the LS430 UL , I would say that's very nicely priced

Its amazingly priced.

I hope people flock away from BMW and Mercedes and starting buying this instead, probably wont happen.

Honestly why pay so much for a german engineered car, that doesnt run properly, when you can have an actual car that has quality and dependability.

One thing would be interesting too see Lexus off for this model and the new LX, armouring.

I think the loaded LS460 at a cool $100k is quite good. It has more or less the same features as a UL, minus semi-aniline leather.

Edit: $10k over that price gets you a long wheelbase, premium leather, 19" alloys, sport suspension, VGRS, larger brakes and smaller key.

Not sure about the 4-seat Executive Package yet, I might just go for the Technology Package & save $12K .
Anyway, it will be at least a year or more away . . .

Great prices. Well done Lexus.

Had I known, I may have ordered the LWB. I will get the SWB now and change when the AWD 460 car comes out in a few years.

I can see a huge increase in sales for Lexus. But there is also a segment of buyers who will not consider a Lexus because the price is not high enough. Go figure.

With taxes, the difference is close to $15K

It's too early for me to decide anyway, I will have lots of time to look at the different configurations & think it over . . .
