Angry oil filter housing gasket fix

My 2008 Lexus LS 460 with 85,000 miles has developed a small oil leak from the oil filter housing bracket which one can easily see from underneath the car. It is not the oil filter cap or gasket. I have purchased the two Lexus brand rubber O-rings and plan on replacing them shortly.
A few questions for the forum: i) what is the 3 mounting bolts torque spec?, ii) any black oil resistant RTV used in the process?, and iii) does all of the oil need to be drained from the system before removing the bracket, or will the car sitting on ramps slanted backwards be sufficient to keep oil from dripping out? (Of course the oil was just changed 500 miles ago to the Valvoline Restore and Protect)

Thank you so much.

So closing the loop on this one, I changed out the O-rings. It was a very simple task and if you put the car up on ramps (where the front end is elevated) you do not need to drain the oil as none ran out. However, you do need to drain the oil filter housing assembly, using that small plastic piece that inserts into the bottom of the filter housing. A few cups of oil will come out. After removing the mounting bracket, clean it thoroughly, reinstall the new O-rings and bolt up the mounting bracket with filter still attached. A little blue Loctite on each of the three bolts will keep them snug. Torque them down to 15 foot pounds and you're good to go. There was no need for Black oil gasket maker.
