Default Screen help

Hi, I haven't found any thread that might help me but I replaced my clock this morning to a 2017 and it works. But now the screen doesn't work including the back up camera which is now worse. I took it apart again in case there was a pinched wire. I tried plugging my old clock back in just in case but the screen is snowing now. Would love any help trouble shooting. Thanks!

You're not going to like to hear this but the screen doesn't have to come out to change the clock, you must have damaged some wiring that you missed the first time and the only option you have is to take it apart again and look for the problem....or you forgot to plug a connector back in.

Appreciate the response. Going to have to dedicate some time to figure it out.
