Default Need help asap high pressure ac line/pipe a bit confused

Okay so I have a LS460L that had an engine with about 250k miles. It was good besides timing chain. once I started taking it apart both of the chains was really loose. called dealer to see how much the OEM timing chain, tensioners, and guides would cost me and they said just for parts it would be about 2.5k which is ridiculous.

I obviously didn’t want to spend that much but I also didn’t want to buy a cheap eBay chain just for something to fail a few weeks later.

I found a engine listed for 600 and with all the warranty’s and stuff I ended up paying 800. the engine only has 100k miles. while I was pulling out or putting in the engine, I accidentally broke off the high pressure AC pipe. i’m not sure if it was when exactly I broke it but when the new engine was in, I was putting back the O2 sensor when I noticed an open tube.

I pulled out the AC pipe and we tried welding it back together. it was difficult, but we did it. only probably was it kept leaking anytime we put compressed air into the pipe. we spent the entire day trying to close off all the holes but whenever you would weld where it was leaking from, a new spot would appear.

I gave up and called the dealer. they sent me a photo of the AC line specifically for my vin number. but I was NOT the correct one. i’m not sure if it’s because I have the 460L and not just the 460 and maybe it’s because I have the Luxury package but the guy from dealership kept insisting it’s that one. the pipe costs $350 and there is only ONE in the country. my dad who was helping me, found something interesting. from the looks of it, looks like the LS600HL has an AC that looks way more similar then the one the dealer guy was showing me. (pics on the bottom of post)

i’m not sure what to do. it’s the same price and both cost $350. and I was thinking i’ll buy it and if it’s wrong then return it but he said there’s a fee of $72 to return it. I just wanted to maybe get an experts opinion first before I buy anything.

what should I do? which one looks more like mine? please if anyone could answer or give me some advice that would be greatly appreciated. I want to finish working on this car as soon as possible because it’s already been about a month since I started because I have work and also school and can only work on it a couple hours a day. THANK YOU

Heres a pic of my AC line/pipe:

Here’s a picture of what the DEALER showed me. I provided vin and he insists it’s the “88716A” but the thing is towards the end mine has kind of a “Y” shape and splits off into 2 but in this diagram it doesn’t have that.

Here is what my dad found. this is from a LS600HL. it looks a lot similar to my AC Line.

If I'm not mistaken 460L with Executive package has separate HVAC unit for the rear pax. You need to tell your parts guy that you need that tube for the dual unit setup. Tube that he's showing you on the diagram is for the regular, single evaporator setup.

This. Make sure you are getting the correct line for the type of AC system you have
