Hello all,
I have a 2007 Lexus LS460L Executive package that has a cluster of 4 buttons in the middle console directly in front of the middle storage box where you rest your elbows during driving that control 4 things: the rear driver side and passenger window shade, the rear window shade, the rear seat climate control and the position of the rear seat. None of these buttons are working and don't light up when I'm driving at night. I am assuming this is a bad fuse since all in the same area and are clustered together. After reviewing the fuse diagrams I examined the fuse #20 located under the glove box which is the (P-D/C CUT) and it appears to be fine. I don't see any other labeled fuse that may control this cluster. The buttons in the rear seats to control these same accessories operate the shade and seat controls just fine so I am a bit lost. Anyone else run across this and happen to know a fix or correct fuse location
? Thanks in advance. Stumped in AZ.
Your backlighting is coming from a different source. If you have no control functions and no backlighting, chances are you have harness disconnected in the console. Lift that cover panel up and see if connector is secure. All these buttons should be on the same connector.
Thanks for your prompt "correct" response. You were spot on. Removed the cover panel and sure enough the wire harness to that cluster was disconnected. Reconnected and voila working perfectly again. Appreciate the help. No longer stumped in AZ.
