Hello everyone. I have a problem that’s been driving me crazy… I tried to take my car to shops (I’m avoiding the dealership as much as possible) and no one knows what’s wrong. What I’ve diagnosed is that when everything plugged in my radio I
get no audio. It even says it on my screen “Audio Off”, BUT when I plug in 3, 4, and 5 I get audio but it still says “Audio Off” on the screen.

Experts, I need some help.

what I’ve done already is
1. Check all the fuse boxes
2. get a new radio (they both work)
3. Get a new amp (they also both work)

Any and all help is truly appreciated!

Have you tried to look in the infotainment system diagnostics page? You can access it by holding MENU button and cycling headlights on and off (5 times I believe). It supposed to look something like this.

 

Yes, run diagnostics as stated above.

 

I just tried to do it and it will not pop up for me unfortunately.

 

Here's the video on how to access it. You probably need this second method with the light switch.

 

Still unfortunately can’t reach the diagnostic page. I believe my car was right before it was introduced.
