Default Quickjack 7000LTX

Has anyone bought and used one of these for their 460? they're rated for 7000 lbs but watching the YouTube videos they look a little under built and maybe just as much work as using a floor jack with stands by the time the vehicle is in the air.

I guess no 460 owners have one of these, the is500 and lc500 forums talk about them some and don't say anything bad about them but after extensive "research" on YouTube etc they still look under built and too inexpensive for me to think they're reliable or safe.
the BendPak midrise scissor or Maxjax are closer to the build quality you would see in most repair shops but almost the same price as a standard 2 post lift...around here anyway.

I am not able to provide any input sorry. Never used one of these in my life tbh, it's always been 2/4 posts or twin floor jack with stands if I'm not at my shop.

I never used one when I had my 460, but I picked a set up and use it on my grand marquis project car, but plan to use on my Tacoma and Honda pilot too. It gets nice and high and is ALI certified, I guess that stands for something. You can always use a set of jack stands as a precaution (like a second lock) but in all of my reading about them prior to purchase I haven't read any instances where they failed - moreso user error when they don't come down because someone extended them with no load. The cheaper knock offs have a ton more failure stories. They fold away behind a door in my garage and set up fairly quickly- plug it in, connect the lines, line em up- up we go.
Edit: The 7000 may be available on clearance and when they run their sales it applies to clearance items too- the new model is either the 6000 or 8000, the 7000 on clearance was significantly cheaper and I got it during their labor day sale for even more off- less than what locals are selling used ones for. I don't think they are worth the price they are going for right now, but with the right sale they look a lot better.

I bought the 8000 TLX set and they work great on these cars. Added a set of casters for easy maneuvering. I’m 57, worked on my own cars my whole life and kicking myself for not buying a set way sooner.

Thanks for the replies and pictures, I'm going to wait and see if there are any Black Friday sales on maxjax 7's. They will work with my 9' ceiling and will get my cars high enough for me to almost stand straight up and do suspension and brake work plus rotations and services.
