2014 ls460L awd yellow light
I passed an emissions and texas state inspection and changed oil and air and oil filters only to find yellow light on. I checked and gas cap was on tight what else could it be? DIY code checker worth it for a non diy'er?
Ive owned this vehicle since new. it has 73kmi on it. I use full synthetic and change oil every 4k miles. It is not burning any oil. Oil looked so clean lube place said they would not recommend doing now but I did any way... best pm step I know. Its been a flawless car thus far. is it likely an emissions issue dispite passing emissions test? I checked it at auto nation and it said emissions not ready to be checked now sure what that means?

"Emissions" testing in most states simply involves connecting a scanner to the OBD port and looking for error codes. The fact that the car passes "emissions" testing suggests there were no codes - if they actually did anything! Check for codes first on your own scanner and go from there.
Yes the above image of dash shows the same duplicate indication of low tire pressure being a yellow warning. The tire image indicator and the general yellow indicator with an asterik. Why do we need 2 warnings of same condition it makes no sense to me
