3 of the 4 buttons that control the windows are blinking. I can't control any of the windows except the driver window. The others can be controlled manually, just not with the driver switches. What's that all about. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.?

 

You need to initialize the windows at each door, the procedure is in your manual or a google search, it happens when your battery goes dead after a few days and the simplest and cheapest solution for the battery going dead is to use a trickle charger when the car sits.
The batt drain issue can be caused by faulty door switches covered by @jmcraney and up to reprogramming the electric power control ecu.
