2008 LS600hl seat doesn't have the active headrest connector like the 2010 LS460 and will trigger ABS error codes and warning lamp. Idk if it was an option throughout the years or introduced later but something to be aware of if you're in the market for a seat. Took forever to trace these wires and even find out what they went to, not much room under there. Swapping the system over seems to be doable but more involved than I wish it was so best to get a compatible seat if you can find one. There's probably a way to trick the computer into thinking the system is intact by adding a resistor or something but I'm not going to apply voltage across gunpowder to find out what the resistance should be. Foam needs to be cut back, wires need to be cut and spliced. To remove seat back lift lower flap and two screws, then pull down.

Why did you swap the seat?

 

This car was from FL and the interior was pretty rough so I bought the entire front interior from a 600. At $150 the full seat was cheaper than even the aftermarket replacement covers I saw
