Yeah you would think so. I'm currently suing a seller over sending me a part that they assure me fits the car (literally not the same part number I ordered) and that it will be fine because it's a supercession part.

They also tried to refuse the return and then had the gall to send me the part back in a non oe box claiming I sent it back like that! So depending on how this goes will determine how petty I am and how extensively I drag their name down across as many sites as possible

 

They really only need the last nine for parts.
