Default Catalytic converter replacement

What's up fellas just need a little guidance on how to remover driver side cat. Can't reach cat mani/ motor mount bolts due to steering column in the way. It's my first time replacing a cat on a lexus. How would I remove the linkage that connects from the wheel to the rack?
