I bought a rotor/pad powerstop Z23 kit for my corolla front brakes this summer and didn't like the look of it but tried them out and they are really good so far so I decided to get some for the 460 to use in the summer because they look better than OEM.
There has been a few threads about the direction of the vanes and which is correct based on this picture and info from Brembo.
So I received the rears yesterday and they are backwards compared to popular opinion but in this case I think it works because the rotor is outer venting due to the e-brake location.
It's a good thing the rear arms don't cause too many problems because the awd has 5 on each side.
I will get the Z26's for the fronts next week and in the pic on rockauto they appear to have straight vents but the rotors are listed as directional, not sure yet how I will install them.
I was disappointed on how small the rear pads are but what can you do??
Forgot one detail, the front and rear kits complete with hardware and new sensors are half the price of just the front pads from Canadian online lexus parts stores.
Vent direction has always been annoying when it's "wrong" or worse when they are too lazy to mirror it. At least they match on the LS......and at least the rear brake gets a mini monoblock lol!
I have 400mm brakes on one of my cars and for some stupid reason the passenger side rotor (technially there is no pass side) is the same as the drivers side so one half of the car has backwards main rotor vanes. That side always runs slightly hotter and we found out that this was intentionally decided by Audi as unimportant. The carbon brakes though have the vanes pointing the right way so I guess it's a matter of buying the top option (that we never got here) if you are bothered by stuff like that.
