Default LS460 Recommendation

Hey everyone, first post here. Sorry if I ask same questions again. I read lots of threads but always find contrasting info.

I am looking to purchase 2014 ls460 awd with 161k miles. About 12-13k$ in USA.

Carfax is clean, looks like all maintenance has been done on time and fuel pump replaced after a little over 100k.

Only thing which I don't see in Carfax or Lexus service history is transmission fluid change. Do I need to worry too much about it ? Should I flush after getting it or Lexus dealership offers Drain & fill ?
Second, its got two minor accidents, from carfax looks like cosmetic stuff and no airbags deployed.

What are your opinions. Should I pull the trigger or wait for something better ? Car looks clean.

Try to find a one owner low mileage no accident car, the car you've described for the asking price without a doubt will have many issues you will not want to experience.

Drain and fill on an older car.

True. I guess I will look for something more clean. Currently I have a 09 IS250 with 225k+ miles, still going strong.
