It's a long job for sure, I don't like how long it takes with the connectors if you don't want to break any. I timed this on my car and it took about 5 hours knowing how it's done based on other ones, mostly for comparison of how long vs a turbo swap.

The wiring harness is cheap to replace the whole thing. No sense in messing around with individual connectors and wires and putting a brittle harness back in again.
