Anybody else having a problem on lexus.com? It doesn't show my vehicle, and when I add a VIN to one I'm looking at it says it's added but still says no vehicles in "garage".

 

Get the Lexus app. Lexus drivers.com has been jacked up for years now.

Did you get an error popup when you added it but clicked ok? I had that happen once when I was putting a VIN for a potential purchase in. The VIN had a typo. The first time I just clicked through until I got back to the main menu and it wasn't there.

 

They've been having issues for a couple of weeks since the system got hacked. It appears to be working again now.
