I found instructions to adjust the height of the bulbs with the screws. However, I have the LED ones that turn with the wheel and it looks different. I see no screws to adjust. Is it normal for them to seem a little low?
Against a wall, they’re straight and look good. But driving, it just seems like they could be a tad higher. How do you raise them a bit on the LED version?
I had the same issue on my 2017 LS460 with LEDS. It is adjusted the same way as the regular ones. It is actually shown in the owner's manual (see attached).
So if I understand… the plastic one highlighted in the picture, you just insert and turn screwdriver. The other one is a metal gear dial and slowly (and difficult) turn it gear teeth by gear teeth?

You turn them both with a screwdriver. I used an electronic driver with a flexible extension. Find the correct sized Philips head. You can easily strip the plastic. I didn't have a 30' level area to do it in so I used a piece of cardboard to measure where I started and finished. Just a black line and moved the light half an inch. Drove it around to see where it was. Took 2 months to dial it in but it's good now.
There are 2 adjustment screws. The outside one is a white plastic cap, this adjusts horizontally. There is an inside one about 6 inches away from the white cap and 4 inches lower. The inside screw adjusts vertically. Both can be found on the outer half of the headlight assembly under the fender panel so you have to remove 2 black cowls to reach them.
It seems to me that the horizontal adjustment took more turns to move than the vertical.
