I’ve been holding off on replacing both of my converters (yeah, both sadly), and I can’t seem to find anything on what needs to be removed to get them out. Mitchell only has a labor time of 6 something hours for both manifolds, but no R&R. Google has nothing, YouTube has nothing, Identifix has nothing.

Looking at the manifolds from under the car, it looks like the subframe has to be removed in order to actually remove the manifolds. I’m not entirely sure and I would like to know what I need to do plan on doing in order to remove both of them. If I have to drop the subframe, that’s no big deal, as I need to replace my motor mounts anyway.

Anyone know how this job is done?
