Default Do I REALLY need 4 bolts for motor mounts?

Having a pretty ****ty day guys. Changing out my motor mounts I cross threaded a bolt and after tapping the hole it still was getting stuck at a spot so gave it a hard crank hoping to push through it and snapped the head. Then trying to EZ out it snapped that bit off too

I dont really want to try and drill the easyout especially since the angle a PITA to get straight. I was thinking of just bolting the other 3 in place with some thread locker and calling it a day. Thoughts?

yeah dont do that.....

you need to make sure you have all the bolts on the motor mounts or your going to put stress on that point that isnt secure and who knows, you could end up messing up more things in this mess

Why not try and tack weld another head to that broken stud to remove?
Broken/Unsecured motor mounts will give you bigger issues down the line.

yeah three might work. But at your risk. I would go with 3 but i only run about 400hp😁 and other tell tales would come up if there is a problem.

It's been three years. And that's not even good advice.

Guys, stop bumping old threads that are already done with.
