Default Need your advice on upcoming 90K service

Howdy guys,
My 2012 LS460 is coming up on 90,000 miles and I'd like suggestions on what to do, or not do, before I take the car to my independent garage. Here are some of the items I have culled from previous posts:
--Brake fluid
--radiator flush and new coolant
--trans flush and new fluid (very controversial, I know)
--O2 sensor in header
--Rear differential fluid change.
--Engine air filter.
--Oil and filter change.

The plugs were replaced at 60,000. So I plan to wait until 120K. Make sense?
Thank you very much for any and all advice.

Unhappy 90k Service

I just had my 90k service done on my LS and my experience may be unique but I am wishing I never got it done..... aka "if it aint broke, dont fix it"
Why do I say this..... My LS has been absolutely perfect over the years. I had JM Lexus, local Lexus dealer here in Sth Florida, redo the interior due to the recall and I also had them replace the brake actuator, due to that whole thing...... Other than that, its been oil changes when the notification on the dash popped up. In January 2024 my car tripped 100k i realized that I've never had any major work done on the car so I asked my service advisor if I should do something being that everything under the hood was original. He advised that I do the 90k service because it refreshes the coolant, brake fluid and all other fluids. I said "sure lets do it". Well, when I got my car back it felt just like it did when I dropped it off with the exception of a random "flushing toilet or running shower" sound every now and then. I called my service adviser and informed him of what I found and he said "oooh, they probably didn't fully bleed the coolant system.... I'll call you back and tell you when to bring it back in.." well I called back a cpl times but never got a time set to come back in... and the other day I was driving and my temp gauge shot up to 90% and got a brief message to pull over and turn the car off due to some engine temp malfunction. UUUUUGH... soon as I got down to about 60mph the message went away and the temp level went back to normal. I brought it to the dealership and now they tell me that some internal coolant assembly under the manifold had gone bad and now Im looking at a $2900 fee to have them remove the upper part of the engine and replace the bad component.

Freak accident?
Uncanny timing?
or potential result of not having the coolant system not properly serviced?

They said they would give me a discount for the price of the 90k service but still.... this was a solid punch to the gut.

Either way, I approved getting the service done today.

Other than that, this car has been an absolute dream. Will see where things go from here.

Also make sure to go over your report when they bring your car back to you and make sure that everything that was on the 90k service description was in fact done and or replaced. I noticed I still had on some old windshield wipers and they told me... "oooh, we didn't your wipers in stock so we took that price off of your bill"......

Yikes, I don't know if it is too late, but I would take the car to an independent Lexus/Toyota specialist, or even to a Toyota dealer for a second opinion. Their "diagnosis" doesn't pass the smell test. I'd bet the service tech screwed something up

I don't understand why people replace sensors that work just fine?!!

OEM spark plugs last 100k+ miles.
