Default Pulsing Brakes Long-Term Fix?

Okay...I know this topic has come up numerous times and there are numerous recommendations on a fix. I am trying to get the consensus on the best long-term fix. Most of the other posts I found were old.

My LS has pulsing and intermittent vibration when braking. I am pretty sure it is the OEM rotors being warped. I have new OEM rotors and pads for the front but before installing, I thought I would ask what the best long term fix is? Many people say OEM is the only way to go while others say you need to get aftermarket pads and rotors (centric) to resolve the issue. Thoughts?

One thing to help longevity is to stay away from water puddles once the brake rotors are at normal driving temps. This can tend to warp them.

Mine I just bought has a very slight warpage when braking in a certain way; pads/rotors were done not terribly long ago. PPI showed 8mm thickness on the pads. From what I've read, these cars eat brakes and tires due to all the weight in the front. It's usually not worth having the rotors tuned since it'll make them warp easier the next time. I'd be eager to hear a solution as well. All prior service on my car was done at a Lexus dealership. I'd hate to drop $300 on pads and rotors constantly just for a minor annoyance. I don't drive my car hard either.

I had aftermarket brakes on my 2017 LS460 when I bought it (no idea why, it was on only 29K miles old) and I had some vibrations every now and then, particularly when slowing down from the highway speeds. Pads and rotors were pretty fresh, barely worn, with no visible issues on the pads or rotors. I bought OEM rotors and pads for all four corners and it is a smooth sailing for over a year now. Had similar issue on 3rd gen Avalon years ago, OEM rotors fixed it as well. I'd say you can't go wrong with OEM brakes on these cars.

Except many here have had issues with the OE rotors.....

Weight split on these cars is nearly perfect 50:50 btw.
