Key Fob key ring?

I have a 2014 LS460 with the huge Key Fob. I need to get a key ring but all the round ones don't fit. The shape of the ones I've found don't slip in as the slot is recessed. Right now I am using wire that I twisted together. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Not sure if yours the same but this is what it looks like on the fob for 2017. Pull the door key out of the fob and install smaller ring first.

I know they come attached to the physical key, someone must've turfed yours.
