Red face Help! Does this look good or NOT?? Feedback please ...

Hi fellow LS owners,
After getting some naïve comments about my LS600h, like "is that a V8?!" "are you sure its a V8, its a hybrid" "is it really AWD?" etc. etc.
I decided Lexus neglected to fit the appropriate badging.
I fitted an AWD badge to the boot lid (from IS AWD badge).
Also fitted blue 5.0L badges (generic) and V8 badges (from LX) to the front fenders.
I cant decide if it looks good or not. I have been getting lots of looks and mixed comments since fitting them though ...
I trust Lexus forum opinions the most!!
Let me know what you think, whether positive or negative please!!
Thanks.

I like the awd badge. The v8 5.0 is a little too much for my taste. I don't have a fender side marker it may be that I'm accustomed to it looking plain.

The fender badge is tacky.

Thanks for that feedback guys!!

I like the AWD badge too, its same placement as the LS460 AWD so feels natural.

And I agree about the V8 badges ... I think they look tacky cos they are too big?? But I still want an emblem to represent the beast under the hood somehow

Some options:
A) Smaller V8 badges and no 5.0L badge.
B) No V8 badge and just leave the 5.0L badge (cos the blue kinda matches the Hybrid badge).
C) No fender badges.

Any other ideas??

I also don't feel the fender badges.
Looking at the rear, I think it looks fine but it prefer the original way, or even just with the LS600HL.

Personally I'm in the less is more camp. That said, rear looks fine; side, not so much. I'd go with C.

I would agree if the hybrid badges weren't so embarrassing

Fender badges look terrible. AWD badge is fine, that badge is also used on the LS. In fact I'm surprised yours didn't have one, my AWD LS460 did.

It's assumed by the 600 badge as ALL 600s are AWD.

I would just leave it stock or have none, the fact it's an LS600 should give all the needed info to anyone who cares to know. Anyone else who needs to be told it has a V8 is not a car person anyway so there is no point caring to explain or make clear what it is to them......if you insist on the fender badges move them up and rearward just under the body line and have custom ones made that match the font of the car and do not say both V8 and the displacement. You do not want the badge near the side marker light because it is cluttered and will fight you for visual priority vs if near the body line it will emphasize the added badge as something important.
