I know you push up or down a button to raise/lower the headrest.
I like to keep it lowered all the time.
But if ever I feel like moving the seat forward a little. It also raises the headrest.
Seems like something is wrong.

Any ideas?

Do you use a memory button to move the seat forward? Maybe the headrest setting is in the raised position.

 

No it happens when I use the button side of the side.
Since most often I use my memory setting. But on long rides sometimes like to move the seat forward a little.
