Does anyone know the correct height for the car? I put in a new air strut in the front right and it's 1 inch lower than the left measuring at the bottom rim of the wheel fender. I know I can adjust the ride height sensors but I don't know the correct height. I pulled the measurements listed from the service manual but they give the same height measurements 5.75" for 2 different height points
The easiest way for me is to have the car on fairly level concrete and measure from the ground through the centreline of the wheel to the fender, usually they should be replaced in pairs but whatever. I would cycle through height high to normal a few times before adjusting anything but you always seem to have one corner around 1/4 inch higher than the others.
Adjusting the links works but it can take awhile because for example adjusting the RF will lower the LF and raise the RR a little...it takes awhile to get used to what to expect and always make small adjustments after making a scribe mark or measurement depending on whether you're doing the front or rear. Once you start adjusting you will see what I mean.
That's what I was going to do but I didn't know what the correct height is. My mechanic did the adjustments recently when it was in and I haven't touch it so I'm assuming the LF height is correct but you know the saying...trust but verify. The RF and LF were the same height before I had to replace the RF air strut.
Some history is that I bought the car 3 months ago and the LF had been done about 6 months ago. The RF went out this last month.
As a side note I went with the community suggestion and bought an OEM air strut from Triple Creations out of the UAE. Seems to be a legit KYB OEM air strut. So far so good. Total price was $800. Extremely easy to do yourself. Took about 90 min.
I think the manual only shows the measurement from the axle centreline to a couple points on the suspension, I suppose you could look at the data info on techstream to see where the LF is at and adjust to that.
The service manual I found had the same height measurement for 2 different locations and 2 obviously different heights. A is higher than B. But has 5.75" listed for both.

For simplicity you sure do, doesn't really matter what height you set anyway unless you are ocd.
Oh that is so wrong. 0.5in difference from fsm values at measurement points and ride is ruined. Take it or leave it but most 'self adjusted' LSs ride like crap.

Only if you go too low, Mine is lowered 1 inch and height high takes it to stock or near stock normal height and rides fine. You are such a purist lol.
Do you have the height measurements from the manual?
The manual I have is:
Ground clearance of front wheel center - 5.75"
Ground clearance of head center bolt for lower suspension - 5.75"
Have you tried Gerfs suggestion of cycling HH to normal a couple times?
Messing w/ the height sensors is a real PITA! Especially in your case of wanting to achieve factory height. If you’re willing, set aside at least a half day, fill up your tank & have some cold ones nearby.
When you’re finally at the stance you like, take a drive around the block, and park it at the same spot you were doing adjustments & measure again & drink a beer, bcuz more than likely, all 4 corners wont be at the same level. Adjust, drive, repeat, etc.
To complicate things, some members report anywhere from 1/4" to 1 1/4 difference between comfort and sport. That's got to figure in with height adjustment as well. My 2013 moves about 1/4". Maybe it needs recalibration...

I've cycled high height/normal per the manual. That should calibrate it. I'm not going to mess with the computer via techstream. I am keeping it stock. The only calibration is by the ride height adjusters. I just wanted to know what the stock measurements were. The service manual I have is wrong.
