Thoughts on this 2010 Lexus LS460L?
I just checked and OP didn't mention CarMax anywhere; they did however provide the CARFAX. I think an assumption was made by other users. Given that OP is considering purchasing the vehicle, I can't blame them for playing their cards close to their chest.
To contribute to the conversation at hand, I don't think the air suspension is the bogeyman it's made out to be. I've had several vehicles across multiple makes with air suspension systems, and I've found that as long as you drive the car regularly and address issues as they come up, it's not a big deal. If you try to ignore a leak or compressor run-on, that's where you get into problems. Having replaced all four struts on my LS600 now, it's not that difficult of a job, though the rears take a while due to interior removal. You can find OEM struts on eBay from $700 to $900, and given that these are revised parts they should in theory be more durable. Yes, I'm $3k into the car now, but it rides like new and I paid a low enough price that I still think it's worth it.

You're right, it's Autotrader and still listed. I'd still like to hear from the OP as to what he's decided. No need to keep posting this thread if he's moved on. This car is loaded with AWD, Dynamic cruise, rear seat upgrade, ML audio. I don't think he realizes how well equipped it is for the price. I do wish him the best on his proposed offer.
My 2010 LS460L Is equipped with the same rear seat upgrade. That LS has the air option where mine does not, which I am fine with. That rear seat upgrade gives you all kinds of options. rear air, reclining seats, power head rests, side window screens, vibrating seats, heated and cooled rear seats, cool box behind the arm rest. There is a 2nd AC system filter in the trunk.. Our LS has been the best car we have ever owned. Lexus replaced the interior to include the dash and we are at 105,000 miles and the interior looks new

If you are going to offer 4k less than selling price, that tells me that you are trying to pinch pennies. I don't mean that in a bad way; we all have budgets, myself included. Knowing this, you probably won't be happy when (not if) the brake actuator goes out and costs 3 grand to fix. Or the suspension that's been troublesome on this generation. Or any of those pesky electronics on an older car. Yes it's a Lexus, but it's 13 years old, 135k miles, and it's a flagship. I would say age and mileage of that magnitude isn't a big deal if it were an ES or an RX. Those are relatively basic cars; this one is not. A lot more can go wrong.
