Hi all, new to the forum as I just picked up a 2010 LS460 AWD.
I tried researching this but could not find a firm answer. My driver’s side mirror needs replacement (mirror only), is there a replacement part (OEM or aftermarket) that can be purchased?
I had found on Amazon a mirror overlay which you can install over the existing one but I’m not keen on that option.
One will eventually show up on Ebay if you can wait. Depending on price, maybe a complete mirror is an option for you. Just remove the mirror. You could even resell the remainder. Just trying to think outside the box.
Update, ended up buying an entire side mirror that comes with the mirror that I need. Anyone know if I absolutely need to swap out the entire side mirror or is there a way to pop out the mirror and replace? Tried searching but haven’t found anything

You can easily pop out the mirror glass. Just be careful, because the connectors for the dimming/heating functions are attached to it.
This isn't the best video, but it shows how easy it is. I used a plastic prybar instead of fingers.
In this order. This is for 13+ but should be same across whole range. Yes, bugger to pop out intact, be extra super duper careful. If never removed glass snapped in pretty tight.
