Default NEED HELP-2002 Button Assy, Horn Color assistance

Screwed up thread title!
Sorry!

Crashed our 2002 LS430 just before Christmas. Wifey hit a concrete median going about 25mph and broke 1 wheel, punctured the oil pan (she shut down the car before the oil had all leaked out, but low oil light did pop on for a few seconds) and the steering wheel airbag was deployed.
The insurance company is going to most likely going to call me after the New Year holiday and declare the car a total.
This car is pristine. 89000 miles, interior/exterior like brand new. Spent a lot on getting all maintenance done when we got her around 78k miles. To establish a baseline, we did a timing belt, water pump, hoses, plugs, brakes, tires, serpentine belt etc.
Because of all that, and the fact we LOVE the car, we would like to explore fixing it even when they change it to a salvage title because of the total loss.
Exterior color: Mystic Sea Opal
Interior color: Ecru
Questions/Opinions--- 1) Is the steering wheel Airbag-"Button assy, horn" color Sandalwood, or Clove Brown? (45130-50180-EO)
2) Would you recommend replacing the airbag sensor as well ?
3) Found a used non-recall Airbag-Button Assy, horn on EBay for around $200-250
4) Oil pan #2 (da big one!)(12102-50120) ~$220 (assume oil pan #1 is ok)
5) Used 16" wheel ~150 (+ tire)
LASTLY, I really respect many of the expert's opinions on here and am asking your advice?
Separating the "emotional" aspects of our sweet ride, Would you keep/repair it, or just let it go and find another one?
Momma loves her car! Depending on how much of the work I get done at repair shop or do myself, I'm guessing $1000 on the low-dream side up to 3-4000 on the retail side.
Thoughts?

If your oil pan is damaged are you sure there's no other metalwork damage underneath? Suspension? Body work? You broke a wheel that sounds like a big hit to suspension. Possible frame, attachment point damage.

Thumbs up

Thanks AVSRacing!

With the holiday weekend, I won't be able to talk to the body man who inspected the car until Tues 1-3-23. Good questions to ask when I meet with him.
