Help with Intake Manifold and Spake Plug Connected Wires
On my 02 LS430, Im changing out my Starter rn but i noticed the previous owner of the car did some very below par work on the wires underneath the Intake Manifold AS WELL AS the "redid" feul injector wires. BUT my biggest problem and question is what is the device/part attached to the bottom of the Intake Manifold. Because no matter how slow i lifted and took it out the wires on the bottom slid right out of the connector. like idk how they were put in. But yes my main question is what is the device/part connected to the underside of the intake manifold, AND, are the spark plug wires worth putting back together or just get new ones?

Its neither of those parts, the one im mentioning is black and a cylinder shape, and has one connector to it
