so I replace the ig2 relay and I also tested the middle pin “5” and was getting 10v , I have the battery on charger , I’m not a electrician at all , I did do further research and found where that fusible link was. I do believe the ig2 circuit give power to the ecu, I could be wrong. I have seen the engine light appear so I know for sure it’s not a bulb

So you do have voltage going to the relay. There also has to be voltage at pin 1 to energize the relay.
