I’m sure every LS430 has the same problem, but I can’t find a solution in the forum. Is there a fix for this torn door seal lip? Or must I replace the entire upper seal half?

If you're going to do one, you might as well do them all. I'd suggest looking at Partsouq and they'll probably be cheaper with shipping if you order all four at once. Don't forget the clips for the front ones.

 

The rear drivers side one always goes for some reason. Maybe from people slamming the drivers door? I replaced mine with an oem, didn’t mess with any others because they’re still good
