I wanted to share these new hooks I had a coworker 3D print. They are far superior in strength to the OEM. They are $30/pair. Notice the index point and rubber pad. These are very strong material. Let me know if you’re interested and I can provide POC.

 

One of mine actually flung off when I had a friend sitting in the back. He downed the window (with the shade still up) and I think the wind was enough to dislodge it. Luckily it fell into the floor of the car. I retrieved it the next day and superglued it back to place. Do you have 3D printer models of the handlebar tabs? The ones that you pry down to access the screws for the headliner. Mine are all cracked, and I eventually want to replace them.
