Default Door lock actuator motor

I have a 2004 LS. My rear passenger door lock has failed. I push the lock on the remote or on the door button, all the door locks but the rear passenger door click again and unlock. I can lock it from the inside, but it will not unlock when I engage the remote. An earlier post, someone mentioned a part number for the motor. The post mentioned the problem can be fix for $10-$15. I search for the part number in Ebay and Amazon but the motor comes with a 10mm or 20mm length shaft and also the style of the shaft can be different. If it is the motor, what length of shaft; 10 or 20 mm? What style of shaft; round-shaft, D-shaft or flat-shaft? Thanks,

I replaced the drivers door motor on my car right after I purchased it because of the same issues. I found the small motor on Amazon and ended up buying a 4-pack. Here is the link for the motors I purchased back in 2019. I did not change a rear door, so I am not sure how difficult it is to do? the drivers door was a challenge, but I was able to manage it myself in an afternoon with a reasonable amount of swearing, lol. I hope this helps!!
