Long story short, soon to be ex-wife didn't take good care of the leather, and punctured the seat in my 2002 Ultimate Luxury.
Local upholstery shop installed some LSeats.com replacement skins, and the passenger seat INSIDE switch came apart as they removed it. It's clear some components are missing.
This one is specific just to the UL edition I believe, and I can't locate a part number in the schematics, let alone the part itself anywhere.
Apparently - this part number is coming up with two different images listed.
DiscountPartsMonster.com reviewed my images, and description, and they feel confident that the part they have is correct - and it matches the number you listed above!
I'll update this thread if this proves correct/incorrect.
If anyone runs into a similar issue in the future - it is DEFINITELY required to have that switch fully operational, otherwise the passengers side seat will NOT adjust in any way. It appears that the circuit is run in series, so when the upholstery shop installed my new seat leather - and broke that switch - they reinstalled it without the copper contacts inside.
I rebuilt it with new parts, and the issue is completely resolved. -Ian
