Hello,

What kind of a leak is it?
What color does the fluid have?

It will be very difficult to identify the leak from the picture provided there is not much information to go from. You wrote about the video, to share it here, you can simply upload it to YouTube and share the link to it here.

Other thing you can try is UV dye designed for oil, like this one, you add it straight to a component that you think is leaking, drive around for a while, and then use a UV light in the dark to reveal any fluid leaking out.

Hope this helps and best of luck!

Get under the car and check if the leak is from the drain bolt, or from the oil filter. Maybe one or both are loose and you can fix it simply by tightening them. If you don't have the tools, take it back to them to check them for you. I am pretty sure they will not charge you for it.

theres the link for the video, hope this helps somewhat. the fluid leaves a black stain on the concrete so i would assume its some sort of oil issue. thanks for the input tho

thats what im thinking it is. never had any oil leaking issues until then so i’ll probably check it out today and pray that thats what is causing the issue. dont want to replace the valve cover gasket or get an entirely new oil pan

Conssidering you noticed the leak after the oil change, I'd take it back without any hesitancy. Good luck and let us know how you make out.

Dang, that’s quite a leak on the video, I lot more than I pictured. Even if the plug and filter are not loose, a leak can still develop if they overtightened the plug or filter. So if you see any oil leaking them them areas, take it back, or call them to see how they want to handle it. Another thing to check is the oil cap. You may see other symptoms like smoke, that is less likely, but best to cover all areas a Valvoline employee may have touched, including the dip stick.
