Default P0500 code

Hello group,

I searched for a P0500 code problem, but I only found threads from RX and GS models. Anyone with a LS430 had to replace a vehicle speed sensor 1. I cant find much information on it, location, part#, etc.
Any help would be grateful, thank you.

Speed sensor 1 is on the passenger side of the trans., sensor 2 is on the drivers side. They're not impossible to access but there isn't much space for a wrench so be prepared.
The sensor can be tested with a multimeter. Resistance should be 560 to 680 ohms at 68 degrees F. The 2 sensors have the same part number so they could be swapped to troubleshoot.
