Hi everyone! I have a 05 LS430 that had the motor go bad inside the actuator, and it seems I screwed something up during reassembly.

Long story short, that led to me taking it to the dealer to rip the interior panel open and try to pry things from inside to no avail. I'm going to give it a few more tries at home to break it open. Any advice or strategies for getting in there? See photos attached.
