Default 2001 ls430 Electrical issues when hot outside

My car has several issues when it gets really hot outside.

-The windows will all roll down on their own even when the car is off. The driver side window never seems to able roll up on its own.
- The alarm will go off.
-The ac will only work when the car is accelerating.
-the locks will not work.
-The windshield wipers will go off.
-The car will make noises and indicate it has problems it does it not have.

Start with the easy stuff - Have you had the battery checked? Has the car ever been flooded?

I’ve had the battery checked and replaced and the problems still persist after that.
I don’t believe the car has ever been flooded.

It struggles to roll up, but last time it didn’t roll up at all and eventually someone had to just manually pull it up into place with their hands.

not sure if this will solve your problem but my driver side window would roll down but struggle to roll back up, some times it would get stuck mid way, sometimes it wouldnt work at all. my problem was there was dust/dirt/sand from over the years throughout the liners. i bought 303 automotive protectant and sprayed it all along the liners of the windows, let it sit for 30 seconds, rolled the window down and back up. since then its been working perfectly. its like $12 for a bottle of it so might be worth a try on the window issue

For the windows all around as well as all your weatherstrip in general buy a tube of Honda Shin-Etsu grease (eBay or Amazon). It's recommended and used by Lexus service centers. It comes in a tube like toothpaste and you apply it with your fingers or a thin cloth. For the windows the entire channel all the way around (both sides, across the top, and the rubber strips at the bottom should be lubricated every 6-12 months with this stuff and it will make them glide like new. I use Q-tips to get deep into the top and side channels as they are a fully square rubber lined channel so you need to get both side as well as the rear edge at the bottom of the channel. A little of this stuff goes a LONG WAY so as you work it around you should keep spreading it until you no longer actually see the white colored haze. I also keep the weatherstrips around the sunroof, under the hood and trunk, and all the way around the doors lubed with it twice a year and all my weatherstrip still looks like new and my windows glide up and down like new. No squeaks, no leaks, and no tears or dried out sections at all if you keep it up.
