Default Would these specs rim/tire fit LS430

I am looking at a set of 18 inch wheels, with the following tire specs:
front: 8.5J 52 offset, tire 245/45/18
rear: 10.5J 50.5 offset, tire 285/40/18

I have an LS430 from 2001. I think these would fit but perhaps there is someone that knows the max width for the rear tire.

I have 225/55/17 with ET45 now (stock 17 inch wheels). Rear tire would be around 55 mm more inwards if i calculated that right.

I know that the thread length can be changed if you really want it by having the studs removed and new ones pressed in but if i then add all the costs together it will be easier to get a set that fits directly.

I just watched a video of how to replace the studs.... it is much easier than i thought it would be... but i guess it would require some disassembly of the hub... i don't think it can be done with the hub on the car
