Default Leaking oil - [ please help ]

Trying to diagnose the oil leak on my 2002 LS430. There is an obvious leak from the power steering reservoir area I noticed that the Power Steering Pump (Return hose) is leaking As you can see in the pictures. my question is how am I losing engine oil From this issue.

I am adding approximately One qt of oil every 3 weeks to keep my level maintained. Additional information...
I definitely have A leak from the valve cover gasket but have noticed that they are separate from this larger leak

Most likely the valve cover gasket above is leaking oil onto the power steering pump, very common.

Clean up the area, and check it the next day and then later that week. You may either have a power steering pump leak (either pump or pipe issue) or a valve cover weeping onto the pump.

Try to get under the car and get a different view of the engine.

I had my power steering pump starting to weep but we only noticed it from under the car when doing the oil pan. Sometimes a change of view really helps!
