Friend has a Pearl White 2002 LS430 UL with 69,000 miles.
It is a Chicago area vehicle, however garaged and not driven in snow, so undercarriage is not rusty.
As demand for used cars has increased, does anyone know where pricing should he determine to sell?

This takes into account supply chain shortage used car pricing?
The question “What’s the Blue Book Value?” has been part of buying and selling cars for over 90 years. Few have more experience with vehicle values and pricing than Kelley Blue Book
which has been a source for both consumers and the automotive industry since 1926. It compiles massive amounts of data, including actual transactions - then it adjusts for local market conditions and seasonal trends.
Kelly Blue Book values reflect both wholesale and retail transactions and it updates pricing at least weekly to reflect the market and give the most up-to-date pricing.
As long as it's clean and in good shape with a good service history and no accidents, I'd say $9-9500 would be considered fair. Obviously if it has problems or hasn't had the timing service done then it's worth less.
