Default Door panel switches not working (passenger and driver side)

SYMPTOMS: The issue on my 2003 ls430 is that I have no functioning door panel switches on either the driver or passenger side (window/door locks). The rear door switches still work.

POSSIBLE CAUSE: One day I was accelerating in traffic and because my center console doesn't latch too well, and because the cup holders in this car aren't the greatest, I basically had a large cup of water flip and fall top side down into the center console. This dumped about 32oz of water into the center console. On the freeway with no towel to suck up the water, I got home 10 minutes later and ran inside to get a towel, opened up the console to sop up the water and the water had all drained out!

QUESTIONS: I had done some research in the past (had this issue for a while) and saw a post from someone who had left their window down and it rained causing water to get into the car and shorting out one of the control modules. For the life of me I cannot locate this post again. I recall reading that if water enters the cabin it can short out the door control modules, and that there exist one on both sides, however, my problem may be that the main one shorted out. How can I identify which of the control modules I need to replace with the symptoms I have? Does anyone know the part number of the module I need to replace? Any tips, suggestions, or help is greatly appreciated!
