Default major electrical gremlins

Does anyone know what would blank the dash, moonroof,no tail or brake lights also not allow the alternator to charge the battery?
The car will only start with the key fob in the ignition. The only way to move it is to depress the button next to the shifter.
I have taken it to lexus twice and they couldn't pull any codes.
They haven't charged me either time but they didn't do anything either.
I'm guessing a computer or computers but head scratcher.
2005 ls 430 185,000 miles.

If Lexus twice did not find anything it means it is not a simple issue. Otherwise, I would suspect bad ground but a lot of other things can create the issues.

Is the battery fully charged and load tested for proper CCA?

Check voltage drop between center of negative battery post and alternator case with engine running. Should be under 0.2-0.3 volts. Do also a voltage drop between center of positive battery post and positive pin on alternator with engine on. Same low voltage drop?

I'd simply check the fuse box. At least the alternator fuse (ALT 140A) must be open. I worry that you failed to jump start before having those problems.
